Located a stone’s throw (less than 100m) from the sandy beach at Yaverland, Fort Spinney Bungalows are the ideal base for a relaxing retreat, active adventure or an idyllic place to ‘work virtually’ from right by the sea! We have everything you need for a truly memorable getaway.

The popular family run business has welcomed guests to Fort Spinney for over 30 years, and are proud of the stunning new refurbishments recently made to the bungalows.  We are ideally located to discover parts of the Island on foot, bicycle, car or a sight-seeing trip on an open-top bus!

Our single storey, two or three bedroom bungalows are a great choice for families, couples and guests to enjoy and explore our beautiful Isle. Each bungalow has complimentary WIFI, Freeview TV, outdoor garden space, gas central heating, and free parking. A 10 minute flat walk along the seafront takes you into Sandown where there are several shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. It is also supported by several bus routes and a train station for accessing other areas of the Island as an alternative to using a car.

Dogs are welcome in 3 of our bungalows and each has its own enclosed garden space should you wish to bring your well -behaved canine companion with you on your UK holiday. They are free to roam on Yaverland beach year round, and there are a whole host of local pubs and restaurants in the area that welcome dogs with open arms.

Wifi / TV

Guests are able to enjoy the complimentary free WIFI with a secure password for the duration of their stay. Flat screenTV’s are provided in the lounge area with access to multiple Freeview channels.

Kingsize/ Double Bed

The two bedroom bungalows sleeps 2 persons in a twin room, and a further 2 in a second bedroom which hosts double / king size bed (depending on bungalow). The three bedroom bungalows feature 2 double rooms and 1 twin room.
Linen for the beds are provided.

Garden Area

Each of the 2 bedroom bungalows have an enclosed rear garden area with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy an evening sunset drink or Al Fresco dining.

Washing Machine

Modern washing machines are provided in all accommodation within the kitchen area for your convenience.

Private Bathroom

The two bedroom bungalows feature a modern bathroom with a double shower, sink, heated towel rail, electric shaving point and WC. Three bedroom accommodation comprises of two bathrooms one with a shower, and the second with bath and shower facilities, along with sink, heated towel rail, exlectric shaving points and WC. Bath and hand towels provided.

Kitchen Area

The open living accommodation features a dining area which seats 4 / 6 persons depending on the size of the accommodation. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, grill, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, and freezer.
